I am hoping to attend the World Yoga Festival from 28.07.2022 to 01.08.2022
with my bricks and blocks to support my joints. Any body interested can Google
World Yoga Fstival at Henley On Thames and can spot me in the classes.
By learning Yoga at age 11 I can still do my Sirasasana ( Head Pose ) but cannot do Lotus Pose.
