I too know Dhanapala quite well. He was in Pittsburgh for a few years and then moved to California. I still communicate with him.
He worked in Kegalle after his internship. He visited Kegalle on his visits to Sri Lanka on many occasions and established their ER admission protocol and the CPR program.
I did not Gert an opportunity to congratulate him on this publication as yet. I shall do so ASAP.
