I do recall Desmond Kelly very well , from my old school days in Colombo- and have attended some of his performances , if i do recall, at St Peters College- B’ pitiya .
Thanks for this nostalgic moment – half a world away ..
I just hope I can make it there at least by the end of this year – sept- oct !

This is lovely. Yes indeed brings back pleasant memories , rekindles the desire to to visit Sri Lanka and enjoy the beauty of the wonderful places depicted in the video.
Speaking of Desmond Kelly , he was at one of the SLAMANA ( Sri Lanka Medical Association of North America ) dances many many years ago , which was held in New York. He sang with the band at that concert. He had his CD’s for sale and I bought one. I had the pleasure of chatting with him . I still have his autographed CD with me.
