  1. Thanks Sam. A good bouncy number which I have not heard before.The rabana beat ,the violin sounds and the girl with the flared skirt with great moves are all part of the magic of the Baila.. Incidentally, Faranghi is a Portuguese word for foreigner but it became Parangi in Ceylon and India as the sound of “F “was difficult to pronounce by the locals.Interestingly, Parangi was also the local name for Yaws.Why ?, I do not know.Yaws is not sexually transmitted but requires close physical contact.!!
    Forget about the details and enjoy the rhythm.!
