Sam, Your Survey form on computer is already partially marked, & does not allow me to mark the way I want. Computer Glich??!. WIMAL

Sam, Its premarked as such cannot answer all questions. Can attend only in Oct 4,5 as planned before.

  Unfortunately I ran out of the free trial use of “Woo-Foo” app for on line surveys. Not sure what happened. I have about 23 who responded apparently without an issue. Just EMail me your choices I will inclue them in my report manually.
