I remember very fondly, all the fun we used to have at your place , back in
the day, when border crossing was a piece of cake, during the Sinhala-
Tamil New Year time in Pitts with Zavahir, Esiri , Kumi- Siri and familiesn
and Sam’s brother and wife Shirani, and a whole host of others , not to
mention the GREAT food lovingly prepared and served ever so elegantly by
I really do miss those days .
And, back at the old Block and Kynsey Rd days, 50 yrs ago, did we ever
think ahead this far, when we will be wishing each other Happy Birthday in
our 70th year !!

I think its only a few of us in Batch64 who can brag about a friendship that goes back to their high school days. I often think about our days at Richmond, followed by sharing accommodation at the Jeevaka Hostel, and the wonderful times we had since then which includes being the groomsman at my wedding!
